8. Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address employee relations issues and develop effective solutions.
9. Regularly analyze employee relations data and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and recommend proactive measures to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
10. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure policies and practices align with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience as an Employee Relations Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
3. Thorough knowledge and understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
